Virginia Mountain Mint

Attains heights of 30 - 75 cm. White flowers in clusters that bloom between July and September.

Minty fragrance, leaves can be used to make tea.
Its great amount of nectar attracts different species of pollinators as well as beneficial predators and parasitoids.

Average to dry soil. Sun to part shade.
